For 30 plus years, the Barrett Electric Team has been well equipped to deliver successful projects with our skilled manpower, proper tooling, and knowledge of the systems. We are tradesmen skilled to the task, from high ampacity 750 kcm industrial cable to 24V industrial control wiring. We have a large scope of experience and an advanced skill set in wiring, programming, troubleshooting, and service. In the last 15 years, Barrett Electric has operated The Control Panel Shop. Our Control Panel Shop is an Underwriters Laboratories certified Industrial Control Panel assembly shop. All our assembled panels bear the UL 508A mark; assembled, inspected, and certified under the supervision of UL inspectors. We build control panels for our industrial clients and to the municipal Water/Wastewater industry specification and requirements. The work environments include municipal sites, construction sites, industrial and manufacturing facilities, and our Control Panel Shop. PositionsOffice Manager: Our office manager responsibilities include general office functions, payroll management with a 3rd party payroll administrator, data entry, and general accounting. Accounting details include AR/AP, invoicing, job costing, reconciliations, and generating weekly reports for management. We use QuickBooks for accounting, MASSPAY for payroll, and Excel for job costing. Apprentice Electrician: Your responsibilities include tasks assigned by your foremen that range from assisting with installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and calibrations of electricals systems and equipment. Journeyman Electrician: Your responsibilities include organizing work by job and work orders; the ability to properly read blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams; building, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems.
